Feldenkrais® Method*

  • Functional Integration, one on one work to increase ROM, release soft tissue, calm the nervous system, & reduce or eliminate painful movement patterns, is available as part of treatment or privately.
  • Awareness Through Movement lessons are usually offered in a class setting. “Students” are guided through a series of gentle movements designed to increase awareness, reduce pain and improve tolerance to everyday activity.
